WHITE WINE PAILS

Chardonnay – The world’s most famous white grape is native to Burgundy in France but is grown almost anywhere wine is made. Its rich flavours of apple, pear, tropical fruit and butter provide it with depth, superb balance and an elegant bouquet. These characteristics have made it a favourite of commercial and home winemakers alike!

Chenin Blanc – Chenin Blanc is respected for its ability to produce wines with a captivating profile of green apple, honey, melon and straw with crisp cleansing acidity. A great choice for those who savour.

Moscato –  Intended to be consumed young, Monschetto needs to be served well chilled and is downright delicious with apple desserts, fresh berries, summer salads, meringue pies, peach cobbler, hazelnut desserts and lemon-poppy breads and cakes.

Pinot Grigio – A greyish blue to pink-berried mutation of Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio is recognized for its ability to produce soft, yet refreshing medium to full-bodied wine with fine aromatic notes of pear, honey and melon. An excellent choice for those who enjoy whites in an easy drinking, approachable style.

Riesling – Recognized as the grape of Germany – particularly in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region – Riesling is considered by many to be the world’s finest white wine grape. Now grown in many parts of the winemaking world, Riesling is known for its upfront floral, peach, honey and petrol nose. A crisp and clean tasting wine, it is a perennial favourite.

Sauvignon Blanc – Sauvignon Blanc has its origins in the Bordeaux region of southwestern France. Valued as a grape capable of producing intensely flavoured white wine with elegant aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry and herbs, Sauvignon Blanc deserves its status as one of the world’s finest white grape varieties.
